Kamlesh Melwani joins SA Technologies as Chief Customer Success Officer to lead AI-driven client success initiatives.

SA Technologies has appointed Kamlesh Melwani as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO), further strengthening its focus on building high-impact, outcome-driven relationships with enterprise clients.
The appointment comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly prioritizing measurable outcomes, agility, and long-term value from their technology partners. In line with this shift, SA Technologies has established a dedicated Client Success vertical to bring greater structure, accountability, and consistency to client engagements.
Kamlesh will lead this function with a clear focus on elevating client experience across global accounts and enabling more outcome-oriented delivery models. His mandate includes advancing AI-led delivery frameworks, scaling Intelligent Pods, and strengthening forward-deployed engineering capabilities to better align delivery with business goals.
With over two decades of experience in global account management and business development, Kamlesh has worked with organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Reliance Group, and Galaxy Weblinks Inc. He brings a strong track record of building strategic relationships and driving sustained business impact through closely aligned partnerships.
At SA Technologies, he will also play a key role in supporting clients as they build and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs), helping position them as long-term, innovation-led extensions of the enterprise.
