Huhtamaki is a global food packaging specialist, headquartered in Espoo, Finland. The company was facing challenges in the integration of PMS -AX for boosting the performance their workflows, system environment & workflow issues. The end user had to make every SO invoice entry within the PMS System, and then insert it again into the AX Systems. The client wanted to send automated emailers to the business users if the credit limit of a given customer exceeds the standard at the time of SO Posting. The Client was seeking to minimize manual efforts & streamline workflows.
- SAT helped the client by integrating PMS & AX seamlessly, so now when a record posting is done in the third-party PMS System, the same posting is done in the AX System as well automatically.
- Earlier the user had to check the credit limit in the system while posting Sales Order (for “Confirmation” or “Invoice”). But SAT helped the client build a robust system in which automated emails regarding the credit limit are sent to the users for different scenarios so that users don’t have to login into the system every time for checking the credit limit.
